Meet the Artist.
Phil Belair participates in Wisconsin art exhibits a few times per year. He has exhibited at The Marian Center for the Arts in St. Francis, Grove Galleries in Walkers Point, The Polish Community Center in Franklin, Friends of the Arts Gallery in Three Lakes, WI, Camp Edna Mercantile in Boulder Junction, WI, The Fredrick Layton Gallery at MIAD, the Hidden River Arts Festival in Brookfield, the Anderson Arts Center in Kenosha, The Richfield Art at the Mill event, The Lake Country Arts Festival. He was also chosen for the Wisconsin Artist Biennial at the Haggerty Museum. He is a member of the Wisconsin Watercolor Society, The League of Milwaukee Artists, The Wisconsin Visual Arts and The Museum of Wisconsin Art.
